Meet The Team

Pastor Godlock brings over 30 years of ministry experience and 16 years of pastoral experience to DaySpring Ministries. The journey at DaySpring officially began on January 16, 2021 when he was installed as the Senior Pastor. Pastor Godlock is married to the love of his life, Rosita (Rose) and together they have one adult daughter (Maia), a son-in-love (Westbrook II) and one grandson (Westbrook III). The Godlocks are excited for all of the new things happening at ‘The Spring’ and look forward to serving the members and community

Women's Ministry: The mission of the women's ministry is to empower women to Love God, Love Other Women and Love Themselves through classes, fellowship and serving the DaySpring family and community. 

Social Media Ministry: The mission of the social media ministry is to be a resource used to expand beyond the four walls of the church and into the outermost parts of the world via multiple platforms in order to reach the masses and carry out the Great Commission of spreading the gospel to all nations. 

The First Touch (Assimilation) department exists to ensure everyone's visit to our facility is an enjoyable one. We want this to be a safe place where you can ask questions, be real, and have fun as we walk with Jesus. We are here to also walk along side of you as you make a decision to follow Christ if you have not, and to become a fully developed member of our church if membership is what you desire.

Creating an environment that strengthen Men and Women of God by Discipleship, Fellowship, Mentorship and develop dynamic families through Christ.

The mission of the Ministry of Finance is to promote an effective, disciplined, and balanced financial culture for DaySpring Ministries. The ministry must maintain standards and assurances that the church illustrates good stewardship of God’s money.  The outcome of the ministry is that the Lord Jesus Christ is glorified, honored and praised.

The purpose of the church Administrative Ministry is to manage the day to day operations of the church. The Administrative Ministry must plan and make decisions, both large and small to ensure pastoral care to all members and our surrounding community. This ministry must stay true to the morals and practices of DaySpring Ministries and the Senior Pastor.

The purpose of the Worship Department is to prepare an atmosphere that invites a God-experience that is communicated and broadcasted through diverse artistic medium whereby attendees and observers have personal and corporate God encounters. 2 Chronicles 5:12-14

The Christian Education Department exists to educate the body of Christ. It's purpose is to provide members with the biblical foundation necessary to thrive in the world today. Through teaching, training and development, members will grow in their walk with Christ so they can become disciples and biblical leaders.
